1. Check our offer of apartments for rent on our website. We offer premises finished in various styles, to give you an opportunity to choose an interior that suits your needs. All the apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary appliances. 2. Tell us about your needs: how big is the apartment you are interested in? Do you want to use a parking space or a storage room? For how long are you planning to rent a Vantage Rent apartment? Remember that the longer the period you choose, the lower the rent will be.
3. Send your query via contact form on our website or call us to discuss the details.
4. Check your e-mail! In the message from us, you will find an offer of apartments best suited to your needs. Already at this stage, feel free to ask questions, our consultants will be happy to answer them all, and your dedicated Case Manager will guide you through the entire rental process.
5. Choose a convenient time for you and make an appointment with our consultant. Together you will be able to see the apartment and the immediate vicinity of the building where you will soon live!
6. Before signing the contract, we will ask you to provide some data, which will allow us to check whether the amount of rent proposed by us will be suitable for your household budget. We value your time, so for this purpose we have a user-friendly and secure online platform.
7. Time to sign the contract. For its finalisation we will invite you to the Vantage Rent customer service office.
8. Along with keys to your dream apartment, you will be granted access to EBOK. This will allow you to easily manage your apartment.
9. Would you like to extend your tenancy? Contact us before the notice period to extend the term.
We have two ways out of this situation for you! If you are renting together with someone (a partner or a roomate) you can sign a contract together – we will count both of your incomes in the verification process.
If you want to live on your own and the verification has not gone your way, you can still move in but we will ask you to pay a higher deposit. Our consultant will give you more information – go ahead and ask!
We want our apartment rental offer to be best suited to your needs, but also to your financial possibilities. That is why we ask you to take part in verification which will allow you to decide whether our offer matches your budget.
There is no problem with just one of you signing the document. However we encourage our partners to sign the lease agreement together, because in such a situation both of you will be able to enjoy the same rights vested in residents of Vantage Rent projects.
We would be delighted if you would like to stay with us for longer! Therefore, you can sign a new lease for another 12 months or longer. Please contact us and we will be happy to give you more information.
A few weeks before your current lease expires, we will contact you to ask about your plans for the future. If you decide to move out, your Case Manager will discuss with you the steps for handing in your accommodation and completing all the paperwork.
We want you to find out for yourself that renting an apartment can be easy and very comfortable. That is why we will start with a 12-month contract, but if you prefer, it can be longer – up to 10 years.
We want you to feel at home in your Vantage Rent apartment. We are sure that you will take care of it, so if a wall gets dirty, repainting it won't be a problem for you.
We want you to feel at home in Vantage Rent apartments! So you can paint and wallpaper the walls to your liking. Just remember that before you move out you have to restore the apartment to its original shape, that is from the first day of renting.
Go ahead and decorate the walls with paintings or photos! But for your safety, before you hammer in a nail or drill into the walls, check that there are no electric wires running in the place you have chosen. For this reason we recommend hanging pictures with tapes, patches, hooks or adhesive nails. You will find them easily in DIY stores.

We love animals! But we also want to take care of the safety and comfort of all our tenants, so no animals that are considered dangerous or simply prohibited by law are allowed to live with you. The premises are also not designed for breeding them, so keep pets only for your own personal enjoyment.
Of course, pets are welcome! However, please remember that your pet should not disturb the peace and quiet of other residents.
If you have chosen an apartment which is not currently occupied, it should take a few days to prepare it. In the case of an occupied property, it all depends on when the term of lease with the current tenant expires. Ask our consultant for details about the move-in date.
In the online option, you can only sign reservation agreements or ordinary rental agreements (when an apartment is rented by a company). A qualified signature is not required for these documents. You will receive the document in an electronic form to your e-mail address and an SMS code which, when entered into the form, will confirm that you agree to the conditions proposed by us.
If you know that you need extra storage space, it is best to request a storage unit from the very beginning of your lease. This will save you disappointment in the future, and ensure your comfort!
If you have one or more cars, you will definitely need a parking space – we recommend that you rent it right away, because there may be a limited supply.
Our residential projects are located in very well connected parts of the city, close to the centre. For you, this means excellent access to public transport, which we strongly encourage you to use.
Of course you can, as long as there are free parking spaces or storage units in the building where you live. If all of them have been rented, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you such an option.
We encourage you to rent not only the apartment, but also the parking space and/or the storage unit at the stage of signing the contract.
In Vantage Rent buildings there is infrastructure necessary for Internet providers to function. You can choose such provider and Internet speed that suits you best. You sign the contract with the chosen operator on your own.
If you are in the process of financial screening and you like the chosen apartment very much, you can reserve it - by signing a reservation agreement and then paying a fee of PLN 1,000.
If you do not pass the financial screening and resign from rental, the reservation fee is non-refundable. You can ask our Advisor for details.
For the deposit, we will ask you to pay it in one transaction.
We rent out fairly, so the deposit is not returned only in exceptional situations, such as when there is serious damage to the apartment, when equipment is missing, or when the tenant does not pay the bills on time.
We operate fair rentals, so the utilities are billed according to your meter readings. We do not charge advance payments, you pay only for the actual consumption, and you can monitor your bills in real time on your profile in EBOK.
Service fees include the cost of maintenance and upkeep of the building, servicing of equipment and cleaning charges. You will find detailed information on this in the Tenant Toolkit, which you will receive from us when you sign your agreement. Your dedicated Advisor will also be happy to answer your questions about the charges.

Safety of our customers is our priority, therefore we have installed a monitoring system in most of our residential projects.
We want your Vantage Rent apartment to be fully comfortable for you. Therefore, wherever possible, we create places for service shops on the ground floors of buildings, and playgrounds and recreation areas on the premises of projects.
Our projects are located in well connected central locations, with good access to stores and services in the neighbourhood. You will also find city parks and playgrounds in the vicinity. However, all of our properties are situated in unique locales, so ask our consultant for details.
Of course you can, but why? 😊 In Vantage Rent buildings we have prepared bicycle storage rooms, where you can store your bike for free, away from adverse weather conditions, that could cause damage to your equipment.
We want our tenants to feel comfortable in their own apartments, but we also want them to enjoy their neighbourhood. A barbecue on a balcony/terrace or in the garden is unfortunately not to everyone's liking, and in addition, if the situation gets out of control, it can become the start of a fire. So please, look for another place for outdoor recreation!

If you opt for financial screening carried out by the Vantage Rent team you will be asked to submit:
• a scan of your passport,
• a work permit,
• an employment contract,
• bank statements with salaries for the last 3 months.
Your personal data will be processed and disposed of securely in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR.
In Vantage Rent apartments you will find appliances of different energy class (most are A and A+ and more). We want you to pay the lowest possible bills, so we have chosen more energy-efficient appliances. Use the appliances responsibly and as intended, and you'll definitely notice the difference in your bills... and the bonus is it’s good for the environment too!
In each of our rental projects, you will find apartments with bathrooms equipped with shower cubicles or bathtubs. Choose the one that suits your preferences.
At this time we only offer fully furnished apartments. But you can put your own furniture in the rooms within the space available.
We want you to sleep comfortably, so if you want to buy a mattress on your own, of course feel free to do so. All we ask is that you store the mattress we supplied in the apartment and keep it safe until the end of the contract.

When we were preparing living arrangements for you, we came to a conclusion that a TV set is such an individual thing that it is better to leave this topic in the hands of an expert... namely you. You know best what kind of TV you need (and if you need it at all). In the living room you will find a suitable socket that will allow you to plug in your own equipment and enjoy the picture quality you like.
We know that you care about protecting the environment. So do we, and that's why we want to help you segregate waste right from the start. In the kitchen we have placed appropriate containers, which will make it easier for you, and in EBOK we have posted information on how to segregate waste in Vantage Rent projects.
It is worth doing, not only for the sake of the environment, but also for your wallet. Unsorted waste increases the cost of garbage collection, and that's something we definitely don't want to happen 😉
Because we care about the environment, we have installed filters on the taps in our rental apartments to purify the water. This will allow you to stop buying bottled water altogether (which means less waste and plastic!).
In the Rental Manual and EBOK you will find detailed information about the maintenance of your household appliances and phone numbers of services where you can get help in case of a breakdown. The appliances are new and under warranty, so repairing them will not be a problem. However, if the appliances do not work as a result of your actions, we will ask you to pay to have them repaired.
Please report this to your Case Manager. A new tenant means higher utility bills (higher consumption), but also an increase in the garbage fee.
