This year we've organized 3 events for our tenants, during which they could participate in interesting activities and take part in the attractions!

The first event "Rozkręcamy się wiosennie" took place at 89 Buforowa Street in Wroclaw - we encouraged our tenants to use sustainable transport, while offering them a free mobile bike service. While waiting for the bicycle, residents could sip aromatic coffee, relax on deck chairs on the green patio, and take part in a contest where bicycle gadgets were up for grabs.

The second event was organized in an online form - we invited all tenants to a online cooking event, hosted by the winner of the fourth edition of the "Masterchef" program - Damian Kordas. Damian led a workshop on the preparation of two seasonal dishes. Tenants also had the opportunity to participate in a contest in which vouchers to the restaurant were up for grabs.

The third event was Farewell to Summer in Italian Style, attended by tenants from Hawelanska Street in Poznan. We invited residents for Neapolitan pizza at a nearby restaurant, where the youngest could enjoy additional attractions - cotton candy, face painting or balloon modeling.

The events were a great opportunity to meet and talk together, building a neighborhood community.

It will soon be a year since the first Vantage Rent tenants moved into our apartments! All the apartments on offer are settled, both those in Poznań and Wrocław.

At this point, we are preparing to re-rent the apartments, which is to continue the agreements with the current tenants. However, this is not the end! Already in the second half of the year, new apartments for rent will join our offer, this time in Wroclaw, Poznan and Lodz.

We've started renting our first Vantage Rent apartments in Poznan. In a peaceful neighborood at Hawelańska 2 Street we located three buildings with 150 units for our future tenants. More Vantage Rent residential projects will be constructed in both cities! In the capital of Lower Silesia, at Sienkiewicza Street, we will offer 170 apartments for rent. The building will also house commercial premises.

In Łódź, a new project of Vantage Rent will emerge at Rembielińskiego Street – another 250 apartments in this city. In these locations we will launch rental in 2023.
