We meet with our tenants several times a year at various events – both in the online and offline world. Relationships are very important to us – we love to meet in person, face to face and have shorter or longer chats. During events, we prepare all sorts of activities that are completely free for our tenants, such as a mobile bike service, an Italian farewell to summer with pizza, activities for children or guided walks. This is just a preview of what we are working on – we want to offer our community even more. Together we are creating special memories!

When you rent an apartment, you have the opportunity to benefit from legal consultations for foreigners or consultations with a job coach,
in terms of job search, CV, change of career path. Other consultations
will soon be added to this set, all of which will be as attractive!

We know how important sustainable development is, so we implement green solutions in our projects. They have a positive impact not only on the environment, but also on our tenants – helping them to take action for the good of the planet, as well as to reduce their utility bills. We have used a range of solutions in our investments, from waste segregation bins, to green roofs, to photovoltaic panels powering common areas in the buildings. Our offer includes apartments with a Smart Home system – we are the first PRS company in Poland to offer smart apartments.
