The scope of personal data processed includes: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address of the rented flat.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to communicate for the purposes of sending newsletters, commercial information regarding offers from Vantage Group Companies, and other information about promotional activities, events, consultations with specialists, competitions and enrolment in events and consultations, announcements of offers and to contact for the purpose of researching opinions about the products and services offered.

Personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: GDPR)

Personal data will be transferred to authorised employees or associates of the Administrator providing services on the basis of civil law contracts.

The data Administrator informs you that your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients/categories of recipients:

1. Administrators and suppliers of IT systems and hosting services to the company,
2. Advertising agencies providing services to the company,
3. Entities providing support to the Administrator on a contracted service basis and in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated in the content of your consent until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, but no longer than 2 years after the end of the residential lease.

Please be informed that withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of data processing, which was performed before receipt of the statement on withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent will result in the impossibility of further contact with you for the purposes indicated in the content of the consent.

The Administrator informs you that you have the right to access, request rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, under the principles described in Articles 15-18 of the GDPR.

You have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive a set of data in a commonly used machine-readable format in accordance with Article 20 GDPR.
