Privacy Policy – Clause 1

The scope of personal data processed includes: name and surname, e-mail address, I.P. address of the computer or mobile device and telephone number.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to the inquiry submitted via the contact form. The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be inability to answer the submitted inquiry.

Personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: RODO) and in order to take necessary actions before concluding a contract for the lease of residential or commercial premises – Article 6(1)(b) of RODO.

Personal data will be transferred to authorised employees or associates of the Administrator who provide services on the basis of civil law contracts.

The Administrator informs that personal data may be transferred to the following recipients/categories of recipients:

    1. Administrators and providers of IT systems and hosting services for the company,

    2. Vantage Development S.A. with its registered seat at 11 Jaworska Street (CU Office building B), 53-612 Wroclaw – a parent company of the Administrator.

Personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, no longer than for a period of 2 years from the end of the calendar year in which the contact form was filled out.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending correspondence by post to the Administrator’s address: 11 Jaworska Street (CU Office building B), 53-612 Wroclaw, or by e-mail to the following address: daneosobowe@vantage-sa.pl. Please be informed that withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing, which was performed before receipt of the statement on withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent will result in the inability to obtain an answer to the question submitted via the contact form.

The Administrator informs you that you have the right to access your personal data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing and the right to object to the processing of your data on the terms described in Articles 15-19 and 21 of the RODO.

You have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive a set of data in a commonly used machine-readable format in accordance with Article 20 of the RODO.

Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling purposes.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its seat: 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
